Impact

• Agreement on Purchase Specs shall assure that OSRAM Opto Semiconductors requirements are known and accepted by the supplier
• Definition of characteristics of delivered products*)
• Criteria set-up for goods acceptance / rejects / complaints

Part A

General Requirements for purchase of materials, equipment, accessory equipment, parts, quality management system, documentation, packing, complaint management, environmental aspects etc.

Part B

In addition to Part A the Part B specifies product group specific definitions and explanations (e.g. failure catalogue, analytics, specific quality system requirements, shipment conditions, etc.)

Part C

In addition to Part B the Part C specifies product specific characteristics and requirements. Part A and B are referenced in Part C which is part of the purchase order.
