Qualification

  • Samples: 5 years
  • FMEAs: 15 years
  • Qualification Results: 15 years

Production

  • SPC Data: 5 years
  • Result for final testing: 15 years
  • Results of reliability tests and periodical Quality monitoring: 15 years
  • Analysis result of defective products: 15 years
