Confidentiality of Documents
Before providing sensitive information like technical data, purchasing specifications and product designs, OSRAM Opto Semiconductors requires its suppliers to return a signed copy of the confidentiality agreement. Additionally, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed by both parties, if it is necessary to protect the supplier's intellectual property.

Purchasing Conditions
All orders placed by OSRAM Opto Semiconductors are based on our general purchasing conditions. These terms need to be read and acknowledged by all suppliers and can only be altered and amended in written mutual agreements, signed by both parties.
