SIRILAS delivers 30 W out of a sealed package which has a footprint of only 10 x 10 mm. The bar inside is only 6.4 mm long and delivers a power density that is best in class.

Flexible wavelength

SIRILAS is supplied with a standard wavelength of 808 nm. Other wavelengths in the range of 780 nm to 1,060 nm are available on request.

High beam quality

The high quality is achieved using an integrated lens which collimates the beam (typ. 1.4 degree vertical divergence, full angle, 1/e²).

Optimized thermal management

Integrated channels optimize the cooling and reduce the thermal resistance. The channels have a simple design and minimize the risk of blockages and corrosion.
