The Micro SIDELED provides high ESD-withstand voltage and, where needed, an additional ESD protection diode in the casing. This eliminates the need for additional expensive protective measures.

The micro package features high brightness, typ. 1,400 mcd @ 20 mA for Micro SIDELED 0.8 mm – while saving power with ultra low forward voltage (U_f) and high efficiency.

The white Micro SIDELED is available in all heights with silicone encapsulation, which increases the product lifetime dramatically.
